About 80% of visiting careworkers and nursing staffs left their jobs before they had continued to work more than 3 years. The reasons are in their dissatisfaction to the business offices they belonged, and in insufficiency of the educational system of the nursing care workers. Therefore survey result of a nursing labor stable center and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and a nursing care workers education curriculum were analyzed.A survey by questionnaire to the graduates of A university and a B junior college who works at a nursing welfare facility was carried out.
