| 内容記述 | 1990 年TCU 設置と同時に開設された国際キリスト教学科(以下、国キ)は、2013 年3 月には第20 期生の卒業を迎え、国キ卒業生は総計276 名となった。 TCU が掲げるキリスト教世界観を土台として国際化時代にふさわしい人材育成を目指してきた国キであるが、この20 期生の卒業を一つの節目として、国キ学が掲げてきた理念が卒業生たちにどのような形で実現されているかを知るためのアンケート調査を実施した。 本調査報告では、初めに、これまでの刊行物等の資料をもとに、国キがどのような理念のもとに創設されたのかを探り、その理念がどのように国キ生たちに反映されてきたかを卒業生の進路結果から検討する。それにより、国キ創設期から現在まで受け継がれてきた国キの使命を確認する。その後、国キ卒業生へのアンケート結果から、国キの特色でもある異文化理解科目や語学科目、また海外語学研修や異文化実習の経験が、卒業生たちの卒業後の歩みの中でどのような形で有効化されているかを探り、その特徴的な点を検討する。以上を踏まえて、最後に国キ専攻の今後のさらなる発展のための課題を述べる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | ICS (Intercultural Christian Studies) was established in 1990 at the sametime as TCU (Tokyo Christian University). There have been 276 ICS alumniin the 20 years since then. In keeping with TCU's mission, ICS has focusedon the nurturing of human resources adequate for today's global societybased on a Christian worldview, while in every area acknowledging God'ssovereignty and serving God and the world. This paper briefly summarizes the history of ICS and its graduates basedon bulletins, newsletters, and other TCU documents, with attention to howICS has developed its own identity as a unique department that integratesboth international or intercultural studies and Christianity. Then, based onan analysis of questionnaires given to ICS graduates, the paper focuses onhow ICS's aims and programs, such as its language classes and interculturalinternships, have impacted the private and public lives of ICS graduates.Finally, the paper discusses the significance of ICS, as well as challenges forits future development. | |||||
