| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウイルス(Covid-19)は、2020年3月11日、世界保健機関（WHO）のテドロス事務局長によって正式にパンデミックとして認定された。感染拡大を防ぐためにとられてきた様々な行動制限は、日本社会の様々な営みに多大な影響を与え続けており、キリスト教神学教育も例外ではない。本研究は、コロナ禍において授業のオンライン化を実施した関東圏の福音派の神学教育機関（福音主義神学を標榜する学校）6校に所属する8名の現役教員へのインタビューとその分析を通して、コロナ禍における神学教育や学生の動向、今後への期待や不安、またポストコロナ時代の神学教育のあり方等について考察したものである。研究の方法と分析には、質的研究における代表的な方法論のひとつであるグラウンデッドセオリー（GroundedTheory）が用いられた。オンライン授業のメリットやデメリットには、利便性の向上や対人関係の欠如といった、神学以外の教育分野にも共通する事柄が多く挙げられた。神学教育における共通性としては、その対象や教育方法の多様性が挙げられた。一方で、授業のオンライン化を早々に切り上げ、対面授業に戻す学校から、コロナ後も継続してオンライン授業に取り組む予定を持つ学校までその対応は様々であったが、それらは自校の教育理念に基づく決断であることがわかった。収集されたデータの分析を受け、本研究では5つの提言を行った。それらは、1）教育方法論に関する対話を深化させること、2）アクティブ・ラーニングの方法を積極に取り入れること、3）神学教育における対象者理解を向上させること、4）神学教育機関間連携を推進すること、そして5）実践神学研究を強化することであった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The spread of COVID-19 virus infection continues to affect all parts of human life. Educational activities of public and private schools in Japan are not excluded from this influence. Focused on the efforts of six evangelical theological educational institutions in the Kanto region, this qualitative study was conducted in an attempt to uncover how they have dealt with the pandemic related restrictions and reveal their decision-making processes as well as their forthcoming post pandemic educational strategies. The study employed the grounded theory research method and was carried out in the Spring of 2022. A total of eight educators from six institutions were selected and were interviewed extensively. All six schools have made use of online educational tools at some point, and it was acknowledged by all eight participants that such tools have both strong and weak points. Nevertheless, several schools, focused mainly upon their potential to reach more people, have decided to continue using them as their main platform to provide theological education. Based on this and other findings, the study ended with providing the following recommendations: 1) promote stronger networking among the schools, 2) advance research in practical theology, and 3) raise awareness for the importance of developing pedagogical theories. | |||||
