| 内容記述 | 従来の福祉と教会の関係は遊離しやすい傾向にあった。しかし、教会には本来「ディアコニア」という奉仕の務めがある。今日の地域福祉の課題は、いっそうこの奉仕の務めの重要性を喚起している。 土浦めぐみ教会の「喜楽希楽サービス」は、宗教法人格での介護保険指定事業とてして、訪問、通所、居宅介護支援サービスという福祉実践に11 年間取り組んできた。その実践をふり返り、ポジティブな評価と課題を抽出した。また、現在全国各地でも、地域密着型ともいえる福祉実践を展開する教会が増えてきた。地域のニーズに応じた福祉実践を教会が担うことができれば、地域の福祉文化の創造と包括的な福音の提示に貢献できる。 地域密着型教会福祉実践には、その形態や職員の構成により、積極的な面も否定的な面も生じる。教会の牧師のスタンスやネットワーキング、人材確保の課題がある。今後の探求すべき課題を整理し、実践と研究の好循環を促進させることでキリスト教福祉実践の新しい歴史を築いていくことが可能である。 |

| 内容記述 | In the past, welfare activities and churches were liable to be remotely related to each other. However, churches have the underlying mission, called “Diakonia”, of commitment to volunteer works. The problems associated with welfare activities have further created the awareness of the significance of this mission. As a nursing–care insurance designation business, “Kirakira Service” operated by Tsuchiura Megumi Church, a religious corporation, has endeavored to enhance welfare activities such as home-care service, day service, and care–management service, over 11 years. I reviewed the activities taken so far to extract highly-regarded ones and associated problems. In recent years, throughout the country, an increasing number of local community churches have undertaken community–based welfare activities. By undertaking welfare activities in line with local community needs, the local community churches might contribute to the creation of welfare culture unique to the local communities and comprehensive propagation of the Gospel. Community-based welfare a ctivities by l ocal c hurches h ave a dvantages and disadvantages depending on the course of action and workforce configuration. Moreover, other problems include the approaches of church pastors, networking among the leaders and flock, and recruitment of eligible human resources. I will consider the challenges to be resolved in the future and attempt to grasp the actual conditions and the actual activities in the real world, with the aim of contributing to the realization of a new history of welfare activities by churches. |
